Honey Cantaloupe Dressing Recipe

A very sweet and easy dressing to make from scratch. Enjoy it on any salad.


This dressing recipe is super easy to make and will be ready in 5 minutes. You will only need three ingredients and simple steps to complete this delicious dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cut-up
  • ½ cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Place cantaloupe pieces in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve with fruit as a dip or dressing.

  3. Store up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
