  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¾ cup pepper Jack cheese
  • ½ cup tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook your diced onion in hot olive oil for about 8 minutes or until tender.
