Ingredients

  • 1oztaco seasoning mix,(1 pkg)
  • 16ozrefried beans,(1 can) fat-free
  • 16ozlight sour cream,(1 pkg)
  • 8ozNeufchatel cheese,(1 pkg), softened
  • 16ozsalsa,(1 jar)
  • 1large tomato,chopped
  • 1green bell pepper,chopped
  • 1red bell pepper,chopped
  • 1bunchgreen onions,chopped
  • 1headsmall iceberg lettuce,shredded
  • 2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
  • 6ozblack olives,(1 can), sliced, drained

Instructions

  1. Blend taco seasoning mix and refried beans in a bowl. Spread mixture onto a large serving platter.

  2. Mix sour cream and Neufchatel cheese in a bowl. Spread over refried beans. Top layers with salsa.

  3. Place a layer of tomato, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, green onions, and lettuce over salsa.

  4. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives and serve.
