- ½cupplain Greek yogurt,like non-fat
- ½cupParmesan cheese,freshly-grated
- 4tbspmilk
- 1tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 2tspanchovy paste
- 2tspWorcestershire sauce
- 1garlic clove,pressed or minced
- 1tspdijon mustard
- ¼tspsea salt
- black pepper,pinch
- 4tbsplemon juice,fresh
Instructions

Whisk the yogurt, cheese, milk, olive oil, anchovy, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice together until combined and smooth.

Whisk in the lemon juice 1 tablespoon a time at the end, to taste.

Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.
