Ingredients

  • ½cupplain Greek yogurt,like non-fat
  • ½cupParmesan cheese,freshly-grated
  • 4tbspmilk
  • 1tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • 2tspanchovy paste
  • 2tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1garlic clove,pressed or minced
  • 1tspdijon mustard
  • ¼tspsea salt
  • black pepper,pinch
  • 4tbsplemon juice,fresh

Instructions

  1. Whisk the yogurt, cheese, milk, olive oil, anchovy, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice together until combined and smooth.

  2. Whisk in the lemon juice 1 tablespoon a time at the end, to taste.

  3. Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed.

  4. Add extra milk, if needed, to thin out the dressing to desired consistency.

  5. Serve on a Caesar salad, and enjoy!
