How To Make Fresh Mint Dressing

Enjoy a cool sensation in your mouth with our easy-to-make and refreshing mint dressing! It’s also got citrus flavors and sweetness for full-bodied flavors.

Ingredients

  • ½cupextra-virgin olive oil
  • ½cuplemon juice
  • ¼cupfresh mint leaves,(spearmint), half of a ⅔ or ¾-oz package
  • 3tbsphoney,or maple syrup
  • 1tbspdijon mustard
  • 2garlic cloves,roughly chopped
  • ¼tspfine sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper,10 twists

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, mint, honey, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper, then blend until smooth. Taste, and add more salt and/or pepper, if necessary.

  2. Serve over salads, and enjoy!
