- 5 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp ground coriander

In a tall, narrow, clear jar, roughly ⅓ to ½ cup in size, layer the ingredients, contrasting light layers with dark layers.
