Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon, small pieces, cut up
- 1 tbsp. cilantro
- 2 tbsp. green onion
- 1-2 jalepenos , to taste
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Instructions
- Cut watermelon out of shell and save shell to use as the bowl.
- Cut up watermelon into small pieces and combine remining ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into the watermelon shell and serve with tortilla chips.
