Ingredients
- 1tbspbutter
- ¼cuponion,diced
- 1lbshrimp,peeled, cooked and chopped
- 8ozcream cheese
- ½cupmayonnaise
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 2dasheshot sauce
- ½tspdill weed
- ½tspold bay seasoning
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook onion in 1 tablespoon of butter for about 5 minutes, or until tender but not browned.

Beat onion, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, dill weed, old bay seasoning, and garlic powder with a mixer until fluffy.

Fold in shrimp meat and ¾ cup of the cheddar cheese.

Place in a small baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Broil if needed.
