How To Make Easy Avocado Dip

Ripe avocados, cilantro leaves, lime juice, and sour cream are all combined to make this rich avocado dip, perfect for veggies and appetizers.

Ingredients

  • cupsavocado,sliced
  • ½cupcilantro leaves
  • ¼cuplime juice
  • 2tbspjalapeno,seeds and ribs removed, coarsely chopped
  • cupsour cream
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspground cumin
  • ¼tspgarlic powder
  • cilantro leaves,for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the avocado, cilantro leaves, lime juice, jalapeno, sour cream, salt, cumin, and garlic powder in the bowl of a food processor.

  2. Process until completely smooth for 1 to 2 minutes. Taste and add more salt if desired.

  3. Garnish with cilantro leaves, then serve.
