How To Make Creamy Tarragon Dip

This unique dip has a sublte licorice-sweet flavor because of the tarragon. It contrasts the sour and salty taste of the cream cheese and sour cream.

  • 1 tbsp fresh tarragon (chopped)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Serve with crackers or toasted bread pieces.
