How To Make Creamy Muhammara
This Middle Eastern muhammara dip is loaded with roasted red peppers and walnuts. Whip up a deliciously savory dip like this in just under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3red bell peppers,roasted, seeded, cored and peeled, or 1½ cups jarred roasted peppers
- ½cupwalnuts,toasted, coarsely chopped
- ¼cupbreadcrumbs
- 1garlic clove,minced
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 2tsppomegranate molasses
- 1tspcumin
- ½tspred pepper flakes,optional
- ¼cupolive oil
- salt and pepper,to taste
- olive oil,chopped walnuts, chopped parsley, optional garnishes
Instructions

Place the roasted peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, cumin and red pepper flakes in the bowl of a food processor.

Process until combined.

With the motor running, gradually add the oil until the mixture is smooth.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Top with a drizzle of olive oil, walnuts and parsley.

Serve with pita chips, and enjoy!
