Transform simple chips into an even flavorful dish with this Chuy’s copycat creamy jalapeno sauce, made with sour cream, mayo, and pickled peppers.

  • 1cupsour cream
  • 1cupmayonnaise
  • 5tbspdry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • ½cuppickled jalapeno peppers
  • ½cupfresh cilantro
  • 2tbspfresh lime juice


  1. Wash and dry the cilantro. Use only the tops of the cilantro steam, discarding the majority of the cilantro stems.

  2. Chop cilantro into coarse pieces.

  3. Place sour cream, mayonnaise, dry Ranch Dressing mix, jalapeno peppers, lime juice, and coarsely chopped cilantro into a blender.

  4. Pulse 7 or 8 times. Pour dip into bowl.

  5. Serve with chips and enjoy!
