Creamy Garlic Vinaigrette Recipe

How To Make Creamy Garlic Vinaigrette

Enjoy an extra layer of tangy flavor to your salad with this garlic vinaigrette! Its made with wine vinegar, dijon mustard, and garlic for a rich dressing.

  • 15clovesgarlic
  • 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • ¼cupwhite wine vinegar
  • 2tbspwater
  • 2tspdijon mustard
  • 1tspmayonnaise
  • 1tsphoney
  • ¼tspworcestershire sauce
  • tabasco
  • canola oil
  • kosher salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Set the garlic on a sheet of foil, drizzle with the olive oil, and wrap up; roast for 30 minutes, until soft.

  3. Squeeze the garlic from its skin into a blender. Puree with the vinegar, water, mustard, mayonnaise, honey, Worcestershire, and Tabasco; slowly add the canola oil and puree until the dressing is creamy.

  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
