  • ¾cupyogurt,plain nonfat
  • ¼cupextra virgin olive oil
  • 2tbspwhite wine vinegar
  • 2scallions
  • 1garlic clove
  • ½tspfreshly ground pepper
  • salt


  1. Scoop the yogurt into a paper towel-lined strainer set over a bowl. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  2. In a mini food processor, combine the drained yogurt with the olive oil, vinegar, scallions, garlic and pepper; process until smooth. Season with salt.

  3. Serve as a dipping sauce or over salads, and enjoy!
