Dunk your nibbles into this chicken fajita dip recipe. A dip made with rich cream cheese, savory chicken, and bright salsa. It’s the ultimate dip for your snacks!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 1 lb tomato salsa, prepared and pureed
  • cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 oz tomatoes, fresh, chopped, seeded
  • 1 oz pickled jalapenos, slices
  • 1 oz black olive, pitted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine taco seasoning and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and spread it in a baking dish.
  3. Add a layer of chicken then add a layer of salsa on top. Top it off with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and the chicken is warmed through.
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, and olives. Serve with some crispy tortilla chips
