Ingredients

  • ½ sweet onion, small
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves, packed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the onion and garlic in a food processor, and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes and cilantro, and pulse until desired consistency.

  3. If there is a lot of excess liquid, drain some out. Add the lime juice and salt, and stir.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
