  • 1lbground beef85/15
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspblack peppercoarse ground
  • 16ozVelveeta cheesecubed
  • 10ozRo-tel tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Add the ground beef, salt and pepper to a large pot then brown well before draining the fat.

  2. Add the Ro-tel, stir and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Toss in the cheese then stir until melted.

  4. Serve with chips, and enjoy!
