How To Make Catalina Dressing

This catalina dressing recipe can be easily whipped up with ingredients from your pantry. Use this as a marinade for your meats or as a salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • ¼cupketchup
  • ¼cupred wine vinegar
  • ¼cuphoney
  • cupolive oil
  • ½tsponion powder
  • ¼tspsalt
  • 1tspsriracha chili sauce,more or less to your taste
  • 1pinchdried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a blender, food processor or bowl, mix together ketchup, vinegar, honey, olive oil, onion powder, salt and Sriracha sauce. Add thyme and blend well.

  2. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
