An incredibly versatile and simple spice blend made specially for chicken, but feel free to use it you see fit. This fiery Cajun spice blend has the perfect mix of heat and aromatics that would surely elevate your roasted meats.

  • 4 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp file powder
