
How To Make Bulgogi Sauce
This bulgogi sauce recipe is a Korean condiment that will add flavor to your dishes. Great when paired with grilled or fried meat for that added savory, spicy taste.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang, (Korean fermented chili paste)
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey, or brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 spicy red pepper, minced (optional, for hotter bulgogi sauce)
Instructions
- In a bowl add soy sauce, chili paste, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Whisk together until well combined.
- Season with black pepper and add chiles if preferred. Taste and adjust if necessary.
