How To Make Beef Enchilada Dip
This creamy, loaded beef enchilada dip is made with ground beef cooked with refried beans and cheeses. It’s baked until golden and bubbly for the best dip.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Heat the oil over high heat in a skillet.
Add the garlic and onion, then cook for 3 minutes until translucent.
Add the beef and cook, breaking it up continuously, until it changes from pink to light brown.
Add the taco seasoning, then cook until the beef is browned.
Add the refried beans and enchilada sauce.
Cook for 5 minutes or until it thickens to desired consistency. Stir through the black beans.
Transfer to a heatproof bowl.
Top with cheese, then bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Serve warm with corn chips, garnished with cilantro, and enjoy!
