This delicious bruschetta is super easy to make! It’s made even tastier and more unique with prunes, balsamic vinegar, goat cheese, and more!

- ½balsamic vinegar
- 1cupred onion,thinly sliced
- 12Sunsweet® Amaz!n™ Prunes,pitted
- 12slicessourdough baguette,(¼-inch thick) toasted
- 3ozgoat cheese,soft
- 1cupbaby arugula leaves
- 2tbspwalnuts,chopped
Instructions

Simmer the vinegar and onion for about 8 minutes, until the onion is tender.

Stir in the prunes and simmer for about 3 minutes until warm.

Top each toast with ¼ ounce of goat cheese, 3 arugula leaves, 1 tablespoon prune mixture, and ½ teaspoon of walnuts.
