  • 8ozcream cheese,softened
  • 3clovesgarlic,minced

  • ¼tspcoarse ground black pepper
  • 2cupswhole milk
  • 2cupsparmesan cheese,grated


  1. In a large dutch oven on medium heat, whisk together the butter, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.

  2. Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth.

  3. Whisk in the grated parmesan cheese and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.
