
How To Make Tarragon Green Beans

- 3tbspunsalted butter
- 1large shallot
- 2lbsgreen beans
- ½cupdry white wine
- 2tbspfresh tarragon,coarsely chopped
- coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions

Melt butter in a large, high-sided skillet over medium heat. Add shallot; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until soft and translucent. Add beans, and gently toss to coat with shallot mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.

Add wine. Raise heat to medium-high; cook, stirring often, for 12 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, and cook for 3 to 5 more minutes, until beans are tender.

Stir in tarragon, and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with tarragon sprigs.
