  • 4 cups of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • Vegan whipped cream and cinnamon for topping


  1. In a saucepan, heat almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until boiling.

  2. Add the brewed coffee and stir to combine.
