How To Make Halloween Peanut Butter Spider Cookies
These spooky peanut butter spider cookies are perfect for Halloween!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup candy eyes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Mix in egg and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.

Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden brown.

Remove from oven and immediately press 3-4 chocolate chips into each cookie.

Place 2 candy eyes on top of each cookie to create the spider.

Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
