Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.

  3. Stir in vanilla extract, dried cherries, and walnuts (if using).

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  6. Cut into small squares before serving.
