Ingredients
- 5 oz salmon, (2 cans) drained
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp lemon, zested
- 1 celery stick , chopped small
- 2 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion, chopped small
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Drain the salmon and add it to a bowl. Mash it with a fork.

Prep the other ingredients and add them to the bowl, then mix it all together.

Taste and season with salt and pepper.
