How To Make Canned Salmon Chowder Recipe
This comforting and creamy chowder is made with canned salmon, potatoes, and corn, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
- 3 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk or half-and-half
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and sauté until softened.
