How To Make Ground Pork and Cabbage Rolls
Succulent ground pork and savory seasonings cooked to perfection, rolled up in tender cabbage leaves.

Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove the core from the cabbage and place in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Peel off the cabbage leaves, set aside.
- In a skillet, cook onions and garlic with olive oil until softened, add ground pork and seasonings.
- Cook until pork is browned and no longer pink.
- Place a spoonful of the pork mixture into each cabbage leaf, roll up, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Mix the canned diced tomatoes and chicken broth and pour over the cabbage rolls.
- Bake for 45 minutes until tender and golden brown.
