Juicy pork and sweet bell peppers on a stick – perfect for a summer BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Take a handful of the mixture and shape it onto a skewer, alternating with bell pepper and onion chunks.

  3. Grill on medium heat for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.

  4. Serve hot.
