Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless; up to 6 breasts
- 16 oz Picante Sauce
- 1 envelope Taco seasoning
- 8 tortillas, up to 12 tortillas
Instructions

Put the chicken breasts and Picante sauce in a slow cooker on low for 8-12 hours.

When done, mash up the chicken to break it up and shred it. Add the taco seasoning and stir well.

Put the cooker on high and cook for another 30 minutes.

Serve on warm tortillas with refried beans and Mexican rice on the side. The chicken mixture also freezes well for later consumption.
