How To Make Philly Cheese Steak Wraps

Get the ribeye steaks ready and we are going to make steak wraps that are inspired by Philly Cheesesteaks complete with caramelized onions in flatbread.

Total: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1ribeye steak
  • 2tbspolive oil,divided
  • 2smallgreen bell peppers,sliced
  • 1largewhite onion
  • salt & pepper,to taste
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced
  • 6ozprovolone cheese
  • Flatout flatbread

Instructions

  1. Place steak in the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes. Remove from freezer and slice as thinly as possible.

  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, peppers, onion, salt, and pepper, and stir until browned and tender. Push off to one side.

  4. Add remaining olive oil, thinly sliced beef, salt, and pepper. Cook about 2 minutes or until almost no pink remains. Add garlic, stir in peppers and onions and cook 1 minute more.

  5. Top the beef mixture with cheese and cover until melted.

  6. Place ¼ of the mixture on each flatbread, roll and enjoy!
