Ingredients

  • 2ozchorizo
  • 1tbspred wine vinegar
  • 3large egg whites
  • 1large egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 2whole wheat wraps,high fiber low carb

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the egg whites, egg, salt, and pepper, then whisk well.

  2. Heat a medium sauté pan on medium heat.

  3. Add the chorizo, then cook for 1 minute on each side until slightly browned.

  4. Add the vinegar, then cook another 1 minute to reduce.

  5. Add the eggs to the pan, then scramble until cooked, stirring often.

  6. Serve on wraps, and enjoy!
