How To Make Breakfast Burrito Bites

Turn your usual breakfast burrito meal into these tasty bite-sized treats, made with tortilla-wrapped sausages and red pepper jelly, for a unique dish!

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
    1. Arrange the sausage in an 8-inch square nonstick baking pan. Bake the sausage according to package directions. Remove sausage from baking pan. Set aside.
    1. Cut tortillas into 4 equal quarters, then cover with plastic wrap.
    1. Place one tortilla wedge on a work surface. Place one sausage link on the wide end of the wedge.
    1. Brush the pointed end of the tortilla with water, then roll up and press to seal. Place in pan, seam side down. Repeat with remaining sausage links.
    1. Bake for 5 minutes. Turn seam side up and sprinkle with cheese.
    1. Bake 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool slightly.
    1. Top with red pepper jelly and green onions. Enjoy!
