Ingredients

  • 1lbpork tenderloin
  • southwest seasoning,or other meat seasonings
  • 8slicesbacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Season the pork with chosen seasoning blend.

  3. Wrap the pork tenderloin in bacon using toothpicks to secure.

Oven:

  1. Place pork on a foil-lined sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.

  2. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes to crisp bacon.

  3. Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

Grill:

  1. Place pork on a grill mat and cook for 20 to 22 minutes rotating every 5 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
