How To Make Root Vegetable Gratin Recipe
A creamy, cheesy, and comforting dish made with hearty root vegetables.

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 parsnips, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 large rutabaga, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, mix together the sweet potatoes, parsnips, rutabaga, heavy cream, garlic, thyme, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Grease a 9-inch baking dish with olive oil and pour the vegetable mixture into it.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is golden brown.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
