How To Make Root Vegetable Fries

Crispy and flavorful fries made from a mix of root vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 large parsnips, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, parsnips, and carrots.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.

  4. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix well.

  5. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
