How To Make Mashed Cauliflower
This cauliflower recipe resembles a classic mashed potato! It’s creamy, loaded with simple seasonings, and deliciously low-carb.

Ingredients
- 1cauliflower head,medium, cut up into florets
- 4garlic cloves,crushed
- ⅓cupbuttermilk,1%
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 1tbspsalted butter,plus optional more for serving
Instructions

Drain the cauliflower, then place in a bowl.

Add in the buttermilk, butter, salt, pepper into the bowl, then purée with an immersion blender.
