How To Make Copycat Panda Express Mixed Veggies
This mixed veggies recipe, inspired by Panda Express, is a vibrant combo of carrots, cabbage, zucchini, and broccoli in a savory sesame soy sauce.

- 2cupschicken stock
- 1cupbroccoli florets
- 1½zucchini ,medium, sliced into ½-inch slices and cut into half circles
- 1cupcarrots,peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½lbstring beans ,trimmed
- ¼head cabbage,cut into 2-inch pieces
- sesame seeds ,optional
- salt ,or soy sauce, optional
Instructions

Heat the stock in a pot and fit a steamer basket into the pot.

Add the vegetables and bring the stock to a boil on medium-high heat.

Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the basket and serve.
