How To Make Cheesy Pea, Onion, And Potato Bake

  • 2 lbs potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup fresh baby peas (cooked and drained)
  • parsley for garnishing
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large saucepan, soak the potatoes in salted water and bring it to a boil.

  3. After some time, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes until they become tender. Afterward, drain the potatoes and set aside.
