How To Make Smoky Paprika Fish Tacos with an Apple Slaw

For Fish Tacos:
- 1tbspMcCormick smoked paprika
- 1tbspMcCormick garlic salt
- 1tbspMcCormick parsley flakes
- 2tspMcCormick black pepper
- 2lbswhite fish,such as cod and halibucut, cut into 3-inch pieces
- 8corn tortillas
For Apple Slaw:
- ½small green cabbage head,shredded or pre-packaged cabbage slaw
- 1granny smith apple,cut into matchsticks
- ¼cupfresh cilantro,finely chopped
- ¼cupgreen onion,finely chopped
- 2tbsplime juice
Optional Toppings:
- avocado
- radishes
- fresh cilantro
- lime wedges
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Fish Tacos:

In a small bowl combine paprika, garlic salt, dried parsley and black pepper.

Arrange fish on a parchment lined baking sheet and season generously with prepared spice blend, reserved ½ teaspoon of the blend for the slaw.

Place on fish on center rack in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Apple Slaw:

Combine cabbage with apples, cilantro, onions, lime juice and reserved spice blend.

While the fish is still warm divide between warm tortillas and top with apple slaw and desired toppings.
