How To Make Copycat Cafe Rio Shredded Chicken Tacos
You can now make at home your very own delicious version of Cafe Rio’s shredded chicken tacos, slow-cooked with chicken broth, spices, and Italian dressing.
Place the chicken breast halves in the slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, cover slow cooker with the lid.
Cook the chicken on Low heat for 5 to 6 hours.
Shred the chicken, then cook the shredded chicken in broth in the slow cooker for an additional 20 minutes on Low.
Drain the broth from the chicken.
Serve warm in tacos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, taquitos, etc.
