
How To Make Burritos Muy Buenos
Enjoy a classic Mexican dish with this quick burritos recipe. It comes with sauteed beans, avocados, and salsa wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients
- 1tbspolive oil
- 1small onion
- 1canblack beans
- 1bay leaf
- ¾tspchili powder
- ¾tspsalt
- 1avocado
- 4flour tortillas
- 1cupgrated cheese of choice
- 1tomato
- 2cupscooked rice
- 1cupsalsa
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in the skillet on medium heat until the oil shimmers.

Then sauté the onion in the oil, stirring with the wooden spoon until translucent.

Add the beans, bay leaf, chili powder, and salt to the onions. Use the wooden spoon to combine the ingredients.

Let them heat up while preparing the rest of the food.

Halve the avocado, twisting the halves apart to remove the pit.

Hold the avocado on the cutting board and use the table knife to cut a grid in the avocado’s insides. Scoop the chunks out with a spoon

Microwave the tortillas for 20 seconds to make them easy to fold.

Lay them on a plate, and then use the spoon to put one-fourth of the cheese, tomatoes, rice, salsa, and bean-and-onion mixture into a tortilla.

Sprinkle on the avocado pieces.

Fold the top and bottom of the tortilla over the filling. Then fold one side over, and roll the burrito up.

Repeat for the other three tortillas.
