How To Make Orange Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry
This hearty orange chicken dish is coated in thick sweet and tangy sauce, served on top of tender-crisp carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers.

Ingredients
- 2chicken breasts,boneless skinless
- salt,to taste
- ground pepper,to taste
- 2broccoli,heads chopped
- 2carrots,sliced
- 1red bell pepper,sliced
For Sauce:
- ½cuporange juice
- 1tbspsoy sauce
- 1tbsphoney
- 1tbsprice vinegar
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- ½tspginger,minced
- ¼tsporange zest
- 1tbspcornstarch
Instructions

In a large nonstick skillet, heat a small amount of cooking oil. Add chicken. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add carrots and broccoli and cook for about 1 minute. Add bell pepper and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove ingredients from pan and set aside.

Add orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Whisk. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.

Add chicken back into pan. Serve over cooked veggies.
