Ingredients
- ½ lb stew meat
- 32 oz sauerkraut
- 32 oz tomatoes with hot peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb okra, fresh or frozen
- black pepper , to taste
- salt , sauerkraut has salt so be careful, to taste
- hot pepper sauce , to taste
- Creole seasoning , to taste
- oregano , to taste
Instructions

Cut meat into bite sizes.

Chop onion into medium sizes.

Put in a slow cooker.

Add sauerkraut and okra.

Add tomatoes (can be diced, whole, etc. depending on your preference), add spices and stir all ingredients together.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Serve over pasta or rice or by itself.
