How To Make Provencal Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 1¼ lb beef stew
- 4 slices bacon
- 18 oz brown gravy
- 15 oz tomatoes, undrained crushed
- 1 tsp thyme leaves, dried
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 small baby carrots
- 8 red potatoes, quartered
- 2 small onions
- 8 oz mushrooms
Instructions
- Cut bacon into 1" pieces.

Cut onions into eighths.

Cook bacon and beef in pan until beef is browned. Drain.
- In crockpot, combine everything else.
- Add beef and bacon.
- Cover cook until done.
