Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless beef , for stew, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 1 lb pork meat , for stew, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 2 cups onion, chopped
- ½ cup Italian Dressing
- 16 oz salsa,
- ½ oz beef broth,
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 15 oz black beans, drained, rinsed
- 4 cups hot cooked white Rice
Instructions

Brown meat with onions in dressing in Dutch Oven on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add salsa, broth and chili powder; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.

- Serve over the rice.
