How To Make Chunky Jambalaya
Our easy Jambalaya recipe holds chunks of shrimp, sausages and tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 8 oz tomatoes with juice, diced
- 1 box Zatarans Jambalaya Mix
- ½ smoked sausage, cut into slices
- ½ lb shrimp, deveined and peeled, raw shrimp
- 2 cup water
Instructions
- Bring tomatoes to a boil add in Jambalaya Mix, and water continue to boil over med heat for 15 minutes, then add shrimp and sausage.
- Stir cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes until rice is tender and fluffy.
- No extra seasoning necessary.
