  • 1onion,chopped
  • 1green bell pepper,chopped
  • 3garlic cloves,minced
  • ½rotisserie chicken,boned, shredded
  • 1tbspcreole seasoning,such as Tony Chachere’s®
  • 28oztomatoes,(1 can), petite diced
  • 16ozchicken broth,(1 can)
  • 15ozcorn,(1 can), drained
  • 12ozandouille sausage,(1 package), sliced, such as Sam’s Choice® All-Natural Cajun-Style


  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, then sauté for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.

  2. Add the shredded chicken and Creole seasoning. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Add the tomatoes, chicken broth, corn, and sausage. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until flavors come together.
